Over the years, WonderCon has become a magnet for cosplayers
(that's the technical term for folks who dress up in costume!).
Here are some of ones we spotted.

Ever heard of professional pirates?
Well, that's what these guys are! Billed as "Tales of the Seven Seas,"
they reenact various pirate activities for all sorts of events.
And there's a comics connection:
cartoonist Lynda Medley's brother Richard is one of 'em! Arrrrr!
