Seen Around the Exhibit Hall
Here are just a few of the costumes viewable from the Exhibit A corner.
Comics legend Neal Adams could be found in his usual Continuity spot.
Joss Whedon, the popular creator of Buffy and Firefly, was
easily accessible at the Dark Horse booth.
Comics critic Douglas Wolk was signing his brand-new Reading Comics:
How Graphic Novels Work and What They Mean (DeCapo Press).
You wouldn’t know from this photo what a wild and crazy guy Chris Reilly
is. He could be found signing his anthology Strange Eggs with co-editor
Steve Ahlquist at the Slave Labor booth. Batton wrote the introduction
for Chris’s forthcoming book Fixed by Frankenstein (with art by
Chickenhare's Chris Grine).
Kids needing a break from the crowded aisles could watch episodes of Futurama and The Simpsons at the Bongo Comics booth.
