& The Amazing Race

Followers of The Amazing Race on CBS may have noticed that the new season features the team of Mark & Bill, a couple of self-proclaimed comic book geeks from San Diego. Mark (Yturralde) requested that Batton do a drawing of the team for the Mark & Bill website, where visitors can learn all about the team and see lists of their top ten favorite comics, movies, books, videogames, and boardgames.

Batton and Jackie had an opportunity to attend Mark's kickoff party for the new Amazing Race season, with surprise guests Kynt and Vyxsyn, the goth team from Season 12 (and personal favorites here at Exhibit A!). Mark & Bill (Kahler) weren't allowed to talk to much about the show, but they did share some info about shopping for the right shoes and planning their backpacks for the big trip. Although Mark and Bill were eliminated from the race in the third show, we still think they were the best team this season!
