| The only program Jackie had a chance to attend was the historic panel featuring longtime friends Forry Ackerman, Ray Bradbury, and Julius Schwartz, interviewed by Mark Evanier. They’ve all known each other since the first World Science Fiction Convention in New York City in 1939. At right, Jackie stopped by the Gentle Giant Studios booth to thank Karl Meyer and his crew for designing and producing this year’s brand-new Eisner Awards. |
