| At left, cartoonist/animator Mike Kunkel won this year’s Eisner Award for Best Title for a Younger Audience for his Herobear and the Kid. Mike’s pinup appeared in Mavis #3. Above: another Eisner winner: Todd Klein has now won the Best Lettering award for ten straight years. |

| At first we didn’t recognize him: Dean Haglund, who played “Langly” on X-Files spinoff The Lone Gunman (it’s a crime the show was cancelled!) had cut off that long blonde hair. Here he is with Ian Boothby, who writes lots of great stories for Bongo’s Simpsons Comics, and Roger Fredericks. |
