Borders Signing San Diego, CA, July 16, 2003
					The downtown San Diego Borders held its “Celebration of the Graphic Novel” on the Tuesday night before the opening of Comic-Con International. Featured were local cartoonists Eric Shanower, Chynna Clugston-Major, Rick Geary, and our own Batton Lash.
			The store displayed books by the guest artists for weeks before the signing. The store had set up chairs for a question-and-answer session prior to the signing, and the artists ended up fielding questions for 45 minutes.
