Comic-Con International: San Diego 2005
Art assistant Trevor Nielson helped out at the booth throughout the weekend. Assistant Melissa Uran, who also does work for White Wolf and other gaming companies, did signings on Friday and Saturday.
The Exhibit A "bar" was once again set up in the Independent Publishers’ Pavilion, right across the aisle from DC Comics.
Booth visitors included:

George Gladir, longtime Archie Comics writer and co-creator of Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.
Scott McCloud, who was a special guest of Comic-Con this year.
"Christopher," the writer/artist of Slave Labor’s much-fun The Ghouly Boys Elan Rodger Trinidad, writer/artist of the ultracool A Dream of Conscious Thought self-published color minicomic.
Zander Cannon, artist of Alan Moore’s SMAX and writer/artist of the much-missed Replacement Gods. Artist Paul Guinan, who surprised Batton with his incredible Photoshop rendition of Alanna (Minnie).
At age two, Ava is Mavis’s youngest fan!
David, Maria, and Ava Lapham. David ("Stray Bullets") was a Comic-Con special guest.
